Information we collect
When you place an order or contact us, we receive information such as your name, email, delivery and billing addresses, contact telephone number where provided, order contents, payment status and correspondence. Our WooCommerce shop holds order records.

Website infrastructure may process IP addresses, device and browser information and security logs.
We receive information from you and from the services involved in processing payments, delivery and running our website.
Why we use information
Order administration, payment handling, delivery and order-related communication: we use the information necessary to perform our contract with you or take steps you request before entering it.
Tax and legally required business records: we process relevant information to meet our legal obligations.
Security, fraud prevention, handling non-contractual enquiries and defending legal claims: where applicable, we rely on our legitimate interests in protecting our business and customers and resolving disputes, after considering the effect on your rights.
Where information is needed to fulfil an order, we may be unable to complete it without that information. Optional information will be identified as such. Withdrawing optional consent does not prevent us from keeping information we must retain under another lawful basis.
Payments and delivery
PayPal handles payment processing under its own privacy information, available at https://www.paypal.com/uk/legalhub/paypal/privacy-full. We use payment status and transaction information to administer your order.
We share the details needed for delivery with Royal Mail including the recipient name and delivery address and contact details where needed for the service.
How long we keep information
Order, invoice and tax records: No longer than 6 years.
Customer enquiries: will be deleted as soon as dealt with
Security logs and backups: 8 weeks by IONOS
We retain information longer only where there is an appropriate lawful reason, such as a legal requirement or a dispute. Backup deletion follows the stated backup schedule.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, you may have rights to access or correct information, request deletion or restriction, receive certain information in a portable format and object to processing. You can withdraw consent where we rely on it; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. The right to object to direct marketing is absolute.
